Chehara Green
Chehara Green (pronounced Sha-hair-ah) started her journey providing care and support to seniors when she was 12 years old, a passion that was kindled by taking care of her beloved grandmother. Over the years, she has had the privilege of serving in various roles, from caregiver and medical technician to manager, director of sales, and most recently an executive director since 2019. After the opening of a new memory care community in Kirkland, WA, she discovered a profound passion and driving force for helping seniors dealing with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cognitive impairments.
Outside of professional life, she is a proud mother of two wonderful boys and dedicates her time to nurturing and teaching them the values of kindness and respect.
